墨神的凡龛

看BBC的 《傲慢与偏见》(Pride and Prejudice，1995)（超级推荐，Colin Firth 版Darcy）时听到的熟悉的音乐，追根究底，原来是首圣歌。God rest ye merry, gentlemen－－主佑平安。

网络上流行的版本主要有两种－－童声和女声。

 

童声版来自维也纳少年合唱团（Vienna Boy's Choir ）的"天使童声"。

作为世界上最古老、最优秀的男童合唱团，他们与维也纳爱乐乐团共同被为奥地利的国宝。24名男童饱满的嗓音，可以近似女生，却又比女声更加纯净圣洁的音色，这是一种成年人绝对也不可能发出的美妙音色。因此，在圣殿音乐的大合唱中，他们常常担任第一声，这更增加了合唱的圣洁神秘感。还有比他们更适合演唱God rest ye merry, gentlemen的吗？

女声版来自凯尔特音乐（Celtic music）的代表人物 罗琳娜·麦肯尼特 （Loreena McKennitt）。

这个版本中，Loreena McKennitt用其略显忧伤的嗓音和浓郁的情感吟唱着耶诞的圣洁，其忧伤背面让人感觉到的是无限生机，令人有期待，并在期待中沉醉沉醉。我一直极为欣赏带有感情的音乐，因为不论从演绎者还是倾听者的角度出发，丝毫不带个人感情几乎是不可能的。就像墨神特别喜欢的琵琶，胡琴等丝竹乐器，一弹一拨皆动弦，一声一叹均有情。那种哀与情的调子是植根于乐器本身的，就像歌手的音色。同一作品经由不同人的演唱亦大不相同了。

至此，您是否还记得墨神开篇所说这段音乐"熟悉"的原因。港台不少创作人将古典音乐信手拈来，虽说少了"创作"的成分，至少显摆了其一定的音乐基础，此外编曲花哨些，原创作古了，小节数更不必，自然不算抄袭，修养还可见一斑，呵呵。比如先前提到的杨丞琳的《庆祝》（引用埃尔加的SalutD'amour） ，SHE的《不想长大》（用莫扎特《第40号交响曲》 第一乐章），伍思凯的《爱的钢琴手》（引用帕海贝尔《卡农》），品冠《无可救药》（引用帕赫贝尔《D大调卡农》）等等很多，以及引用了这首God rest ye merry, gentlemen的就是－－谜底揭晓－－张韶含的《寓言》（副歌部分）。

 

关于Loreena McKennitt ：

Loreena McKennitt青年时代的梦想是成为一名兽医，并且最终进入Winnipeg 的一所大学就读相关课程。但是在80年，当Loreena 第一次接触到爱尔兰音乐时，她毅然放弃了学业, 并且在81年搬到了安省的Stratford，加入了那里的莎士比亚艺术节的演出，从此开始了在乐坛20余年的音乐生涯。

此外她还是一位优秀的文学主义作者和演唱者，常年游历海外，经历了旅游航海中失去亲人的痛楚，开始改变自己的音乐风格，更加重了凯尔特元素和民族音乐的质朴，把自己的文学内涵融入音乐中，体现出来的音乐优雅而丰富内涵，让人难以忘怀，曾有人这样形容她的词曲与演唱风格----"象一首中世纪的长诗 "。
